Taste T Love Baby Food will be in our kitchen to teach you how to make the best food for your baby. You know what you’re putting into your body, know what your baby is eating as well.  Avoid allergies and fillers in your little one’s food and fill them with nutritious, fresh, and delicious foods of the season.

Have fun in the kitchen and learn the basics of cooking!

This series will focus on on a different theme each week and  food inspirations behind them.  We’ll prepare the dishes and eat our creations. This is a hands on class and kids will be cooking with supervision.

 If you are new to veganism (or vegetarianism) this is a great class, with so many shopping and cooking tips along the way. Chef Chloe will be exploring  eating raw vegan and the healthy benefits of a raw diet. She will discuss meal and menu planning tips along the way.

April’s Cooking Together will explore the bestseller, Salt Fat Acid Heat by Samin Nosrat. Join in the kitchen while we prepare Asparagus and Feta with Mint, Pasta Cacio e Pepe, Slow Roast Salmon and Chocolate Pudding. This is a hands-on evening of cooking with friends, perfect for a double, triple, or quadruple date with friends, or a girls night out. One of our Bookshop staff will facilitate the evening, but you get to make this your own! While we are not able to serve alcoholic beverages, you are welcome to bring your own for the evening. We are limited to 8 guests for this event, so sign up early!

This month’s Vegan class is going to focus on appetizers and finger foods. Vegan appetizers are often hard to come by, but it’s possible to find them and they are tasty! Look for items like deviled eggs, fried “chicken” wings, jackfruit crab rangoon, “tuna” sushi hand rolls, and more! If you are new to veganism (or vegetarianism) this is a great class, with so many shopping and cooking tips along the way.

We are so excited to begin offering great Vegan demos and classes. This class will focus on breakfast and brunch. The menu will include a Breakfast “lox” bagel, french toast, a tofu scramble, and biscuits with gravy. Chef Chloe Kristensen will be in the kitchen to give you great tips and tricks and yummy foods! This is a perfect class for the beginning vegetarian or vegan.
