This month’s Vegan class is going to focus on appetizers and finger foods. Vegan appetizers are often hard to come by, but it’s possible to find them and they are tasty! Look for items like deviled eggs, fried “chicken” wings, jackfruit crab rangoon, “tuna” sushi hand rolls, and more! We are so excited to begin offering great Vegan demos and classes. This class will focus on breakfast and brunch. The menu will include a Breakfast “lox” bagel, french toast, a tofu scramble, and biscuits with gravy. Chef Chloe Kristensen will be in the kitchen to give you great tips and tricks and yummy foods! This is a perfect class for the beginning vegetarian or vegan.
