Come learn about Pork! You’ll learn about the different cuts, what they cost and how to cook them. Along with that, Hillary will be cooking all of it, from simple pork chops and roasts to a fancy butterflied and stuffed chop! She’ll start at the beginning, with how to cook a whole chicken and walk attendees through three different meals, Chicken and Noodles, Chicken Fried Rice, and White Chicken Enchiladas. She’ll also give you a few other ideas of dinners and give great tips (including the best way to freeze and thaw) along the way.

Jennifer Jones, our local Pampered Chef Director, will be giving great tips and tricks for those that want to cook a really great meal fast! Learn the basics of cooking with Once Upon a Thyme Instructors in a five-day series from June 17th – 21st from 9:30-1:00pm.
Each day will focus on a new country! We’ll discuss different cultures while preparing new dishes and eating the creations. It will be an adventure of tastes and textures and everyone is sure to learn so many new things about flavors, both differences and similarities. This is a hands on class and kids will be cooking with supervision.
