Come learn about Pork! You’ll learn about the different cuts, what they cost and how to cook them. Along with that, Hillary will be cooking all of it, from simple pork chops and roasts to a fancy butterflied and stuffed chop! With the leftovers, Hillary will show you how to make some quick and crowd-pleasing sandwiches. Come join us!
