This expanded Pastry 101 class will feature the 4 basic pastry techniques – Choux, short crust, sponge, and pastry creme. Certified Master Baker Bill Evans will be back in our kitchen to showcase these building blocks and the artistic work of Rosemary Evans will give you ideas and tips for cookie decorating at Halloween and a preview of Christmas. Proceeds from this class will go to St. Vincent de Paul.
Cost – $40 per attendee.
