Kombucha – The Art of Fermentation

Kombucha is a fermented black or green tea, commonly used for health benefits, but there is so much more to it! Join us in our kitchen and learn how to make a tasty kombucha, along with simple syrups you can use in your cocktails or kombucha at home. Participants will take home their own starter. This is a great intro class on a subject that might seem a little scary – but it really isn’t!
