Join us in the bookshop kitchen with Hillary Needham! She’ll be talking chicken and what to do with it! She’ll start at the beginning, with how to cook a whole chicken and walk attendees through three different meals, Chicken and Noodles, Chicken Fried Rice, and White Chicken Enchiladas. She’ll also give you a few other ideas of dinners and give great tips (including the best way to freeze and thaw) along the way.
Space is limited to 8 participants.
Please note that while we are unable to serve wine, you are welcome to bring your own bottle to enjoy during the event.
